Registration Notes
- Early-bird registration is due by October 23, 2026 (AoE)
- Regular registration is due by November 13, 2026 (AoE)
- Late registration starts from November 14, 2026 (AoE)

Registration pricing
Registration fees are organized by registration period. Final payment instructions will be published in the registration system.
1. Authors of Accepted FULL Papers (Policy TBA)
- At least one author of each accepted FULL (long) paper is expected to complete a Standard registration (deadline TBA)
- Each FULL (long) paper must be covered by a distinct Standard registration
- Final applicability to other tracks (short papers, posters, demos) will be announced officially
2. Refund Policy (TBA)
- Refund windows, eligibility, and processing rules will be published in the registration system
3. Inclusions (TBA)
Registration inclusions (access, meals, social events) will be updated once finalized.

Registration & Check-in
On-site check-in usually includes identity verification and badge pickup. Location and hours will be updated when the conference system is finalized.
